About Memo

Built from opposite sides of the same problem.

One side came at it as a builder: art, design, engineering, and the systems that turn vision into something people can use. The other came at it as a brand operator: narrative, funnel, audience, positioning, and operating cadence. Same conclusion: the work breaks when taste, strategy, and execution stop moving together.

Why we built it

We kept seeing the same system failure.

Memo was not born from a feature checklist. It came from years of working together across bigger and smaller teams and watching the same failure repeat: the strategy is right, the references are good, the taste is clear, then the work moves into another tool and the brand starts thinning out.

We have lived that problem from both sides: the making side (art, design, engineering, workflow, and the systems that turn vision into something people can use) and the brand and market side (narrative, funnel, audience, positioning, and operating cadence).

The lesson was the same from both directions. Bigger teams have more people, but they still lose context in handoffs. Smaller teams move faster, but too much brand knowledge lives in one person. Memo turns the operating layer both sides need into software teams can actually use.

Our thesis

The brand operating system is the category.

See the product
01

The strategy is clear in the room, then weakens when it becomes actual content.

02

The references explain the taste, but they rarely make it into the tool doing the work.

03

The same brand gets re-briefed for captions, carousels, reels, ads, decks, and landing pages.

04

Big teams lose the thread in handoffs. Small teams lose it because one person is forced to carry everything.

The models matter. The harness matters more.

Memo is not trying to be another blank canvas. It is the layer that carries voice, visual DNA, audience, references, briefs, and repeatable workflows into the places where the work actually gets made.

Who we built it for

For the people holding the brand together.

Memo is built for the people who know the work has to do two jobs at once. It has to carry the strategy, and it has to feel right. Strategists, creators, founders, content leads, designers, and operators all hit the same wall from different sides.

We built from years of seeing that wall up close, then months of product work turning the pain into an actual workflow. The Brand Kit holds the voice, visual direction, audience, assets, rules, and boundaries. Capture brings in the references. Studio turns them into work. Briefs give each format control. Skills save the moves worth repeating.

The goal is simple: the strategy should not get boring when it becomes creative, and the creative should not lose the business logic that made it matter.

01

The blank prompt box does not know your taste.

Memo Magic turns rough asks into stronger creative direction: composition, mood, lighting, materiality, format, and brand logic.

02

A character looks right once, then drifts by scene three.

Character grids help preserve face, wardrobe, attitude, and detail panels so identity survives across scenes.

03

A good idea gets rebuilt for every format.

Briefs carry the same Brand Kit into captions, carousels, reels, image variants, video direction, and landing-page modules.

04

The best workflow lives in someone's head.

Skills save the repeatable move, so the team can run the same house style again without re-explaining it.

Ready when you are

Your brand, in motion.

A brand operating system for the people carrying the taste, the strategy, and the work.
